The Mara is Paulin’s first dive watch, combining the brand’s unique Scottish creativity with serious underwater credentials. Named from the Scots Gaelic for “of the sea,” it honours Paulin’s roots while marking a bold new step into functional tool watches. Designed in collaboration with dive expert Jason Heaton, the Mara delivers 300m of water resistance, a unidirectional bezel, and a Swiss-made La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement with a 68-hour power reserve, ensuring both reliability and precision.
While it carries the essential hallmarks of a dive watch, the Mara is unmistakably Paulin. Its 39.7mm case features rounded lugs reminiscent of classic turtle-shell designs, a domed sapphire bezel, and a minimalist, playful dial with hand-applied Super-LumiNova markers in squares, circles, and triangles. Strap options include a custom injection-moulded rubber or a fabric strap lined with faux suede for comfort, each available in blue or black.
