So we want to make your experience the best it can be, from the moment you land on our website until the time you receive your order.

DO YOU PRICE MATCH WITH GREY MARKET RETAILERS OR OFFER DISCOUNTS?

We understand your desire for a price match or discount, it's always worth asking! We take great pride in the brands we carry and work hard to represent the amazing value that they offer, awesome quality, history and exclusivity (most of our brands you can't find anywhere else in Australia). Preserving this value online and instore and for the people who own these pieces means we don't offer discounts. It's all about the experience with Time+Tide; before, during and after your purchase. We are more than happy to suggest something that may be more in line with your budget. We have a lot of great options and love talking about watches (live and breathe them) so happy to talk you through our range.

DO YOU SHIP STUDIO UNDERD0G WATCHES?

Due to our agreement with the brand, we are unable to ship Studio Underd0g watches. If you are able to visit one of our Studio locations you can purchase it directly from us.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND HAVE MY FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER/COLEAGUE PICK IT UP FOR ME?

Yes, simply contact us and we will send you an invoice for payment. Alternatively you can checkout online and select "pickup". Please provide a copy of your confirmation email (with order number) to the person who is picking up your order, as they will need to show this to the sales associate upon collection.

WILL I NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES WHEN MY WATCH ARRIVES IN MY HOME COUNTRY?

Unless specified on the product page. Taxes and duties are inclusive of the final price listed on the website.

DO YOU PURCHASE OR SELL SECOND-HAND WATCHES?

At this stage we are unable to do this.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF YOUR WATCHES?

Our watches are brand new.

DO YOU SHIP WATCHES INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we are able to ship the following brands internationally: Norqain, Mido, Furlan Marri, Nivada Grenchen, Boldr Supply Co.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC LIMITED EDITION OR SERIAL NUMBER?

Unless specified on the product page, we are unable to offer a specific limited edition or serial number.

WHICH SHIPPING PARTNER DO YOU USE TO SEND MY PACKAGE?

For all International shipments of watches we will use either DHL or FEDEX depending on where you are in the world. For domestic shipments of watches we will use either DHL, TNT or Team Global Express.

For everything else we will use Australia Post or Royal Mail.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX OR PARCEL LOCKER?

We certainly can! These items will be sent via Australia Post or Startrack.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have the option to cancel your order via the form at the bottom of the Returns and Exchanges page. You may also contact our customer service team at sales@timeandtidewatches.com or via phone at +613 4422 2044. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner’s tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our logistics partners system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

We also encourage you to sign into your account via the menu navigation to check on the status of your order.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over $100 AUD for all locations. If your order value surpasses $100 AUD and free shipping is not applied at checkout, please contact us and we will amend this for you.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING OR SAME-DAY COURIER?

Expedited Shipping

Yes, we will be more than happy to expedite your order. Please contact us directly after your order has been placed. Please keep in mind that the order processing can typically take up to 13hrs.

Courier Service (Greater Melbourne Area)

If stock is readily available at our Melbourne Studio we will be able to organize same-day courier delivery to your location. Please note that there may be additional costs associated with using this service. All same-day courier services must be organised before 3pm.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are pleased to advised we are able to accept a wide variety of payment methods. These include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, eftpos, iDEAL, Shop Pay, UnionPay, PayPal & AfterPay.

Although we cannot accept Bank Transfers on the website. These can most certainly be organised should you contact us.

DO YOU OFFER BUY-NOW-PAY-LATER?

We currently offer AfterPay for all Australian orders.

CAN YOU REFUND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD THAN WHAT I ORIGINALLY PLACED THE ORDER WITH?

Unfortunately due to the limitations of our systems we are unable to complete these requests.
