The surface of time

Maen offers the Manhattan in a variety of formats and sizes, with the 37mm model serving as the reference point of the collection. The watch is equipped with a dial boasting a unique Côtes de Genève-inspired finishing that plays dynamically with light at every shifting angle. Crisp, faceted applied indices and Skyscraper-style hands, all generously lumed, ensure excellent legibility no matter the lighting conditions. A printed minute track runs along the dial’s outer edge, which is available in both date and no-date configurations.

The Manhattan is rooted in the golden era of 1970s watch design. The watch features a stainless steel case that is distinguished by an elongated octagonal bezel, recalling the enduring appeal of the iconic Royal Oak. Alternating polished and satin surfaces underscore the case geometry, which extends naturally into the matching stainless steel bracelet.

Thin, thinner, Manhattan

Maen has continued to evolve the Manhattan collection by adding new models such as the Ultra Thin lineup, offered in both 37mm and 39mm formats. The smaller version features a hammered texture dial with a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock, all housed in a case reduced to just 7.1mm in thickness (24% slimmer than the standard version). As for the 39mm model, it retains the Côtes de Genève dial, while achieving an even more slender profile of just 6.9mm.

Turning up the presence

The Manhattan also extends into a larger territory with the 40mm variant. It retains the defining characteristics of its smaller counterparts, simply scaled up, and brings a slightly thicker 10.2mm profile. Across the collection, Maen relies on Swiss-made La Joux-Perret movements for reliable performance and equips each model with 100 metres of water resistance, making the Manhattan a versatile companion from day to night.
