This collection marks the second iteration of the Formex Field, and it arrives with a strikingly refreshed dial design. A raised central section with a sunburst finish sets the stage. Moving outwards, there’s an angled matte rig, home to Arabic numerals rendered in a distinctive typeface and coated with Super-LumiNova. A railroad minute track ties everything together, while lume-coated syringe hands inject additional visual appeal. A beveled date window at 6 o’clock adds the final touch of refinement.
Formex’s passion for exploring less conventional materials shines through once again in the Field collection. Built for life on the move, these watches feature 40mm Grade 2 titanium cases, delivering the perfect balance of featherlight comfort and rugged durability. To take things even further, Formex has applied a proprietary hardening treatment, boosting surface hardness from 145 to an impressive 900 Vickers for added resilience in real-world conditions.

Inside the Formex Field beats the Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vph and offering the services of a 41-hour power reserve. The caliber is secured behind a solid caseback, which supports a sturdy 150-meter water resistance rating. Up front, an ant-reflective sapphire crystal keeps the dial crisp, sharp, and easy to read wherever the day takes you.

The Field series ships with a woven nylon Velcro strap out of the box, which is perfect for outdoor adventures. For added flexibiliy, Formex also offers a range of alternative straps, including premium leather straps with the brand’s patented gradual fine adjustment. And thanks for Formex’s Quick Release system, swapping straps takes seconds, no tools required.
