Vintage chrono revival

The Baltic Bicompax 002 series represents a contemporary representation of 1940s chronographs. Art Deco, a movement that was in the limelight during the era, provides the inspiration for the Bicompax 002 with its refined lines, clean dial design, and graceful proportions. The watch’s stepped case, a distinctive characteristic reminiscent of mid-20th-century chronographs, introduces depth and dimension to its overall profile. Through the Bicompax 002, Baltic reaffirms its dedication to preserving the legacy of vintage watchmaking, while incorporating contemporary materials and craftmanship techniques.

Dial steals the show

The Baltic Bicompax 002 case is made of a single piece of stainless steel with gold PVD coating on the black dial model. Two additional models boasting Blue Gilt and Silver dials complete the collection. Featuring a sector layout, the dial accommodates two subdials (for permanent seconds and a 30-minute counter) and leaf-shaped hour and minute hands that contribute to the watch’s sophisticated character. The case glass is hesalite crystal, a lightweight material that unlocks to a more comfortable wear experience.

Modern luxury redefined

Measuring 38mm in diameter and with a thickness of 13mm (10mm without the glass), the Bicompax 002 finds the right balance between contemporary and classic design cues. Its streamlined aesthetic finds expression in the inclusion of different finishes, including horizontal brushing along the middle, circular on the lugs, and a highly-polished bezel to boot. The Biocompax 002 combines unparalleled comfort with an enchanting presence, securing an enduring and timeless appeal.

Transparent interior

All models of the Baltic Bicompax 002 collection are fueled by the Seagull ST1901 manual-winding chronograph movement that operates at 21,600vph. Equipped with a reliable 42-hour power reserve this timepiece delivers consistent performance. On the black model, the column-wheel mechanism can be admired through the hesalite crystal glass case back. The two other models come with a standard flat back that includes the engraving of the Baltic logo.
