The main release of the ChaosMaster Editions asked, how do you respond to a world turned upside down? Are you spun out? Are you fine? Are you fantastic? This final ChaosMaster model, called the Nivada Grenchen x seconde/seconde/ x Time+Tide Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver - ChaosMaster 'Save Us' Koala Edition makes the concept even more literal, by planting a Koala on the seconds / chronograph hand, and having them cling on for dear life when it is activated. In highlighted letters in the text on the dial, you can read 'SAVE US'.

This is not a limited edition, but a limited production model.

This references Australia's diminished koala population, which was so badly affected by the bushfires that destroyed much of their habitat in January 2020. We have a connection to this event as we held a 'Watch & Act' Auction and raised $250,000 for various bushfire recovery related services - now we're revisiting the mission, and continuing to support our wildlife by donating 10% of all 'Save Us' Koala Edition sales to the Australian Koala Foundation.

The base for this creative collision is the function-packed Nivada Grenchen Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver. Originally released in 1963 with a form nearly identical to what we see from its re-release, though while the original sported a variety of movements, including Valjoux, Landeron and Venus, the modern interpretation is powered by the excellent, hand-wound Sellita SW500.

Returns & Exchanges

Your watch can be returned 14 days after purchase for any reason for a full refund. Return requests can be initiated through the self-serve form at the bottom of our Refunds and Exchanges page. Once your request is received, our team will contact you to arrange the return of your watch.Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.

Warranty

Every Nivada Grenchen watch comes with an international manufacturer’s warranty of two years.

Nivada Grenchen's warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in their warranty conditions. Nivada Grenchen will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by their workshop.

Please note Nivada Grenchen's warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

- Theft, loss.
- Wear and tear and normal ageing of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
- All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided.
- All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the watch.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised Nivada Grenchen sales or services agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.
