In 1967, DOXA launched the revolutionary SUB concept, considered to be the first truly purpose-designed divers watch accessible to a broader public. The radical innovations it introduced at the time soon made it the benchmark for professionals, too. Water-resistant to 30 bar, roughly equivalent to a depth of 300 meters, it was the first to feature a unidirectional bezel with a dual scale for depth and dive time to calculate a safe ascent without decompression stops. Most radical of all: the orange dial which greatly improved readability underwater.
The SUB 300s 42.5 mm case is made from the highest quality 316L stainless steel. The three-hand self-winding movement holds the prestigious COSC Certified Chronometer certification guaranteeing precision, robustness and reliability. It also provides a 38-hour power reserve. The date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. The SUB 300 naturally features the famous unidirectional rotating bezel, a DOXA patent, with the dual indication of dive time in minutes and depth in meters for calculating no-stop decompression dive times. Featuring a screw-down crown, its water-resistance is rated to 300 meters, or approximately 980 feet.
As a nod to its heritage, todays SUB 300 is topped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment. It has the same domed shape as the plexiglass on the 1967 original. All dive-related markings feature a Super-LumiNova luminescent coating to ensure excellent readability in low-visibility conditions.
Starting 2020, the SUB 300 will be available in 6 colors. It can be specified either with the iconic beads of rice stainless steel bracelet or a sporty rubber strap, with distinctive DOXA cues on both sides, to match the color of the dial. The folding clasp of the rubber strap features the exclusive DOXA fish symbol and has an adjustable diving extension to accommodate the thickness of a wetsuit. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your item can be returned 14 days after purchase for any reason for a full refund. Return requests can be initiated through the self-serve form at the bottom of our Refunds and Exchanges page. Once your request is received, our team will contact you to arrange the return of your watch. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.
WARRANTY
Every DOXA watch comes with an international manufacturer’s warranty of two years.
DOXA's warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in their warranty conditions. DOXA will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by their workshop.
Please note DOXA's warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
- Theft, loss.
- Wear and tear and normal ageing of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
- All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided.
- All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the watch.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised DOXA sales or services agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.
