Your item can be returned 30 days after purchase for any reason for a full refund. Return requests can be initiated through the self-serve form at the bottom of our Refunds and Exchanges page. Once your request is received, our team will contact you to arrange the return of your item. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.

Every Zodiac watch comes with an international manufacturer’s warranty of two years.

Zodiac's warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in their warranty conditions. Zodiac will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by their workshop.

Please note Zodiac's warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

- Theft, loss.
- Wear and tear and normal ageing of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
- All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided.
- All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the watch.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised Zodiac sales or services agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.
