Your apparel will be shipped directly from Time+Tide’s offices in Melbourne. Delivery timeframes are approximately 3-5 business days within Australia, and 3-4 weeks globally.

Your item can be returned 14 days after purchase for any reason for a full refund. Return requests can be initiated through the self-serve form at the bottom of our Refunds and Exchanges page. Once your request is received, our team will contact you to arrange the return of your watch. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.
