A dial that speaks volumes

The Disco Volante’s dial is where the design truly comes to life. Featuring a classic sector layout, the central portion is rendered in a pale tone that contrasts with the surrounding darker hour and minute tracks, each finished with a finely brushed texture. At 6 o’clock, a small seconds indicator subtly mirrors the center’s colourway, tying the composition together. Applied indices at 12, 3, and 9 punctuate the dial alongside printed Arabic numerals and markers on the hour and minute tracks, offering easy legibility.

Furlan Marri has refined the Disco Volante for a new generation of wearers. Coming with a wrist-friendly 38mm case and 9mm profile, it delivers incredible wearability without sacrificing presence. The lugs are cleverly concealed beneath the case, enhancing the distinctive flying saucer silhouette, while the crown is repressed into the stepped bezel for a seamless look.

True to its name, the Disco Volante lights up like something from another world. The circles framing the hour track and small seconds sub-dial are fully lumed, giving the watch a futuristic look when viewed in the dark. The syringe-style hands carry their own discreet coating, ensuring time can be read with ease at any hour. For versatility, the watch ships with a polished mesh bracelet in steel, accompanied by two textured leather straps.

Where craft meets mechanics

Powering the Disco Volante is the hand-wound Peseux 7001, reimagined by Furlan Marri with a series of signature upgrades. The bridges have been redesigned with crisp diamond-polished edges, while the crown wheel and screws are finished in black polish for added contrast. On display beneath the exhibition caseback, the calibre offers both visual drama and practical reliability, complete with 50m of water resistance.
