Sometimes engaging in banter sessions can spur inventive brainstorming and even potentially lead to a tangible product. When Rich from UK-based watch studio Underd0g and Andrew of Time+Tide shared jokes about an imaginary "pizza watch" on April Fool’s 2023, little did they anticipate that it would culminate in the creation of an actual watch. When the idea was shared with the public, it soon became clear that watch enthusiasts really wanted to see this watch materialize. The collaboration between the two companies eventually came to fruition with the introduction of the Hand Delivered collection.

Watches have never been so yummy

The pizza watch is exactly as it sounds – a timepiece designed around a mouth-watering dial available in either Classic or Hawaiian flavors. Apart from their visual appeal, the Hand Delivered watches also flaunt a robust set of features including a stainless steel case, chronograph function and 50 meter water-resistance. Powering these delicacies is a manually-wound Seagull ST-1901 caliber that provides a generous 50-hour power reserve.

This may be a pizza watch, but it can be a stylish choice for wrists of varying sizes. With a diameter of 38.5mm and a thickness of 13.6mm, it strikes a balanced profile. The Classic variant comes with a tan (Epsom) leather strap, while the Hawaiian version features one in a lighter shade.

In celebration of their collaboration, Time+Tide has unveiled a limited-edition clothing collection. Get your t-shirt or hoodie inscribed with the Studio Underd0g and Time+Tide logos and featuring a lovely illustration on the back that depicts the genesis of the pizza watch. Both options are available in White and come in various sizes.
