Beaubleu Vitruve

Beaubleu Vitruve

Beaubleu, the Parisian maison turning heads across the watch world, continues to challenge convention with its instantly recognizable circular handset. With the Vitruve collection, the microbrand refines and expands this concept through the addition of three limited edition models that push the aesthetic further while preserving its signature trio of concentric hands fused at the center.

Beaubleu Vitruve

A different point of view

Boasting a double-dial architecture, the Vitruve Origine pairs a vinyl-style guilloché texture with a smoked lacquer overlay. A Roman numeral seconds track frames the outer edge, while the center reveals an hour track using Arabic numerals. The large seconds hand offered in either yellow or blue (depending on model) introduces a vibrant accent, while the smaller hour and minute hands are rendered in white, echoing the dial’s indices and markings. Powering the Vitruve lineup, Origine included, is the dependable Miyota 9015 automatic caliber, delivering a 42-hour power reserve.

As the name suggests, the Vitruve collection pays homage to Vitruvius, the famed Roman architect and engineer Vitruvius, whose theories on proportions inspired Leonardo da Vinci’s legendary Vitruvian Man. That same pursuit of harmony and balance lives on in Beaubleu’s designs, expressed through the refined aesthetics that has become instantly associated with the brand.

Beaubleu Vitruve HIGHLIGHTS

A different take on dual time

With the Vitruve GMT, Beaubleu reimagines the travel watch through its own distinctive lens. On these models, a rotatable 12-hour chapter ring occupies the dial’s perimeter and can be adjusted via one of the two hidden crowns to track a second time zone. Meanwhile, home time is displayed at the center of the dial, indicated by a ring of cut-out hour markers, framed by the minute track with Arabic numerals. Available in blue or green lacquered dials, the Vitruve GMT brings a fresh perspective to the travel watch category.

Function, expanded

Beaubleu once again showcases its circular cut-out markers on the Vitruve Date, now placing them along the brushed dial’s periphery to track the seconds. Further in, a second ring reveals the hour numerals. At 6 o’clock, Beaubleu includes its distinctive circular date aperture for added function and character. Across the Vitruve collection, all models offer 30m of water resistance and come equipped with interchangeable straps for everyday adaptability.
