Your BALTIC watch will be shipped directly from Time+Tide’s offices in Melbourne to your preferred address across Australia. Delivery times are expected to be 3-5 days.

Your watch can be returned 14-days after purchase for any reason for a full refund. For any return requests, please contact sales@timeandtidewatches.com.au to log your return with the team and to arrange the return of your watch.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.

Warranty

Every BALTIC watch comes with an international manufacturer’s warranty of two years.

BALTIC’s warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in their warranty conditions. BALTIC will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by their workshop.
Any warranty repairs or servicing requirements will be returned to BALTIC’s head office in France. Estimated turnaround time on warranty services is 3-4 weeks using DHL.
Please note BALTIC’s warranty is not applicable in the following cases:


1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal ageing of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Baltic.

All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the Baltic watch.
