About Baltic Watches
Time+Tide have selected some of our favourite examples of Baltic Watches that you can purchase directly today.
You can choose from Black/Silver, Black/Cream, or Blue/Gilt for the Aquascaphe Classic. While all of them are undeniably attractive, the sunray blue and gold dial takes the watch to a whole new level of gorgeous.
The Baltic Bicompax 002 has been a long time crowd favourite. The watch exhibits warmth, depth, and complexity behind a domed hesalite crystal. Depending on the lighting, its brushed chapter ring is either the brightest or the darkest part of the dial, and because it is raised above the matte dial, it occasionally gives the impression that it is floating there.
The HMS 002 is a straightforward three-hand watch with a very maritime motif. Its enormous blue-black iteration dial begs to be read on board a 1940s steamship by lantern light. By maintaining modest case sizes and dial designs, keeping them free of extraneous lettering, and keeping the price low with workhorse Miyota movements, Baltic takes a purely elegant approach to vintage.
